How long do you take to ship?

Orders usually ship within 5-7 business days. Then, how long it takes for you to receive it will depend on your location and on the type of shipping requested. If you have a strict schedule, please contact me to see what can be done.

Can I customize items?

Yes! Just ask for custom colours, materials, or designs.

What materials do you use?

I use glass and ceramic beads, stone and leather with metal clasps, glass buttons, and coconut buttons. Much of it is hand-woven with strong beading threads or wire-wrapped. Other designs include floating style creations on beading wire, or beads on memory wire. Special cords are used in kumihimo and micro macrame. Chain is sometimes used, as well as metal pendants and pretty clasps. I love exploring new techniques and materials. Special requests can be made if, for example, you need a hypoallergenic material. While I don't use sterling silver often, as it tarnishes so quickly, if you prefer sterling I can use sterling in the creation of a piece instead of silver-plated components. The price will be adjusted accordingly.

What is your refunds policy?

If the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, a refund will be issued, but you must provide video proof of the defect by making a short video while you open the parcel. If this is not possible, please contact me, and we'll consider it case by case.

If the item breaks easily or fades in colour, contact me, and most likely I will provide a refund. With normal careful wear of the item, I will provide a refund if the item fades or brakes within one year.

However, if it is ruined by you spraying hairspray on it, or other chemicals, or putting lotion on the item, or wearing it in water, and thus ruining the finish, or if you smash the beads against hard objects and they break, obviously no refund will be issued as jewellery must be handled with care.
